Production process:

Industrial CCD cameras and lenses are used in conjunction with a vision inspection system to digitize and visualize all inspection standards. This data is then processed and stored by a computer (the brain of the vision size and appearance inspection equipment). Simultaneously, signals are sent to the PLC to allow fully automated mechanical devices to reject products with defective features during the inspection process. Products whose data and images match are automatically transported to the good product exit by an automated transfer device.

Operating and Maintenance Notes

Before starting the equipment, ensure that the installation environment is flat and free from severe vibrations. The working area should be kept dry and clean to prevent dust and oil stains from affecting the lens and light source imaging. During daily use, regularly clean the glass turntable, lens surface, and dust on the light source to maintain clear imaging and prevent impurities from interfering with the detection results. The feeding vibration table should be adjusted according to the product specifications to avoid jamming or poor conveying, which may affect the detection efficiency.

The core components of the equipment, such as Sony industrial cameras, telecentric lenses, Panasonic servo motors, and PLC control systems, are all of high-precision configuration. Unauthorized disassembly or adjustment is strictly prohibited. Operators must follow the standard procedures for turning on and off the equipment to avoid frequent power outages that may affect system stability. After long-term operation, regular checks on the circuits, air paths, and transmission components can be conducted to identify any abnormalities and stop the equipment for troubleshooting.
