Equipped with a 5 million pixel industrial camera and self-developed visual algorithms, it can accurately identify defects such as size deviations, mix-ups, deformations, burrs, black spots, scratches, etc. Through PLC logic control of pneumatic actuators, it can precisely remove defective products and smoothly send qualified products to the next process. The equipment uses a 220V AC universal power supply, with a standard size of 800mm × 600mm × 1200mm, and weighs approximately 150kg.
