Inspection process

First, the capsules to be inspected are poured into the feeding port of the Medical Tablets and Capsules Optical Sorting Machine. As the product is placed on the turntable from the inlet, the turntable separates the capsules one by one and places them into capsule slots. The conveyor chain is constantly rotating. Because photoelectric sensors detect the rotation of the conveyor chain, a light source flashes illumination as the capsule passes a designated conveyor position. Next, an industrial camera begins capturing images of the capsules, transmitting the acquired image data to the PC's memory. The capsule inspection system installed on the PC then determines defects in the capsule images. Finally, if a capsule is determined to be defective, a pneumatic signal is output, sending the defective capsule into the defective capsule box, while capsules that pass inspection are placed into the acceptable capsule box. This machine can use different acquisition schemes for different defect characteristics of the capsules. The inspection software controls the entire system's operation, including adjusting the light source, setting camera parameters, configuring capsule image parameters, and controlling other software.

Test items, methods and judgment

1. After the Medical Tablets and Capsules Optical Sorting Machine described in the contract arrives at the buyer's factory, the buyer shall inspect the specifications and quantity of the goods within 3 days to confirm whether the packing list issued by the supplier matches the actual goods. If any discrepancy is found, the buyer shall raise the issue with the supplier within 3 days. If the buyer does not raise any objection to the specifications and quantity of the equipment described in the contract within 7 days, the specifications and quantity shall be deemed to conform to the contract.

2. The buyer shall organize acceptance 3 wees before the equipment's delivery, If the buyer fails to organize acceptance, it shall be deemed to have passed acceptance. If the equipment fails to meet the technical testing requirements specified in the table below, the buyer has the right to request a return.
